AAAA Consulting provided construction management support services to NYCMC Corp, the General Contractor for the 30 Pike Street Facility Improvement Project for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP). Our team supported the contractor in the successful execution and delivery of the project by providing field coordination, construction oversight, quality control support, progress monitoring, and project documentation.

AAAA Consulting’s services included monitoring daily construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and project stakeholders, reviewing work progress, supporting schedule management, maintaining construction records, assisting with issue resolution, and ensuring work was performed in accordance with contract requirements, approved plans, specifications, and applicable industry standards.
