AAAA Consulting submitted a proposal to provide comprehensive cost estimating and construction cost management services for the SCWA Water Distribution System Capacity Expansion – Underpass Road Water Booster Station & Tank Project.
Our proposed scope includes conceptual and design-phase cost estimating, quantity take-offs, construction cost analysis, independent evaluation of change orders (AWOs), schedule-based cost updates, participation in project meetings, and site visits throughout the design and construction phases. The assignment also includes preparing detailed cost estimate reports, cost breakdowns, unit pricing analyses, and recommendations for value engineering and cost optimization.
The project involves the construction of a new 1.5-million-gallon elevated water storage tank, a water booster pump station, high-capacity pumping systems, chemical feed systems, SCADA integration, emergency power generation, utility connections, and associated site improvements. With an estimated 22-month project duration, AAAA Consulting's services are designed to support effective budget control, informed decision-making, and successful project delivery from design through construction.
